AKBK Studio
Training studio for the Adolph Kolping Vocational College (AKBK)
On behalf of AKBK, Wellen+Nöthen took charge of the planning, delivery and commissioning of a 150-square-meter training studio complete with three Sony DXC-D50 camera production units.
The infrastructure encompassed video control with a monitor wall, separate sound control, a CER and a lighting management system complete with PA system station. Three DVCAM VTRs (DSR-1500 and DSR-80) were integrated as the recording standard and an analog 24-channel Soundcraft mixing deck. A ClearCom 16x16 command system, a 32 x 32 SDI/video and analog audio crossbar from Leitch and distribution and conversion technology from Lynx round off the facilities.
