TU Illmenau

The Technical University of Illmenau commissioned us with the planning and conversion of two studios and a combined control system together with its associated CER. In the virtual studio, a new epoxy resin floor was laid, and the Bluebox wall renovated. Video control was extended with two Thomson / GVG image mixers (DD20 and Kayak DD1), a central 64 x 64 SDI crossbar and an analog 32 x 32 video crossbar from Network, plus a 4-channel Profile server. The electrical supply was also extended in line with the university’s specific requirements and customized management equipment integrated.
