Robert Schumann University
Mobile five-camera video and sound control for the Institute of Music and Media at the Robert Schumann University
The five-camera outside broadcast vehicle designed and developed by Wellen+Nöthen is built on the basis of a Mercedes Sprinter with extended wheelbase. The image and sound control installed facing the direction of travel support the operation of up to five camera production units.
Recordings are made either to DVCam or BetaSP in 4:3 or 16:9 picture formats. It is also possible to record each picture signal separately. The van offers sufficient space for the control, assistance, image mixing, image technology, VTR and sound.
